Guided Boat Trip along the Regent's Canal Tues 21st May

The Pirate Castle currently has some spaces available on their next guided boat trip along the Regent's Canal on Tuesday 21st May 14.00 - 17.00. These three hour trips provide a wonderful chance to cruise along the Regent's Canal and explore it's history, infrastructure and natural history with information on the sights provided by our members of crew.

The trips include a passage through the locks in Camden Town then onwards into leafy Regent's Park passing through the centre of London Zoo with the Snowden Aviary, wild dogs and warthogs followed by the grand houses on the bank. Sortly after we pass through two tunnels before entering Little Venice with it's white stuccoed houses and tree lined streets before we arrive at the pool in Little Venice where we will turn around Browning's Island before we return to our base at the Pirate Castle. If time permits we will also explore Paddington Basin with it moored boats restaurants and bars.

Passengers will also be encouraged to have a go at working the locks and also have a chance to steer the boat under the guidance of our experienced skippers and crew if they so wish.We look forward to hearing from you soon,

The cost of the boat tour is £30 per person for the three hour trip with departure time being 14.00 from the Pirate Castle
