Community Hire discounts are available for charities, voluntary / community groups and state schools and long-term / recurrent hire.

• Seating capacity (e.g., events requiring tables and chairs: dining, conferences, training) = 70 people
• Standing capacity (with no / minimal tables / chairs requirement) = 100 people maximum
• Total area = approx. 120 square metres (12m x 10m)
• Panoramic window overlooking the bankside and picturesque Regent’s Canal
• Bathed in natural light through large windows and a sky light
• Use of tables and chairs included
• Kitchen access included
• Hot water urn, kettle, tea, coffee and sugar included in price. Bring your own milk!
• Large, roll-down projector screen and HD overhead projector
• Stereo system with mini-jack / Bluetooth connectivity and speakers
• As we do not provide catering ourselves, feel free to bring in your own food or catering team

Main Hall hire rates

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm) = £55.00 per hour.
• Evenings (6pm – midnight) and weekends = £70.00 per hour.
• Children’s Birthday Parties (birthdays of 12-years-old or under, 2+ hours, weekends before 18:00) = discounted to £60.00 per hour

We operate a “leave as you find” policy for our community spaces. Please ensure you include enough time within your booking to set up the room before your event and clear/clean up afterwards.

A £150 damage / cleaning / security deposit will normally be applied (refundable, subject to no incidents/breaking of our Booking terms and conditions).
